Introducing the Zubak Master Series, bench made exclusively for Kennedy Violins by one of our best makers. This individually handcrafted instrument is closely based off of a famous Stradivarius model and features premium European tonewoods aged a minimum of 20 years. We will be getting these violins on a very limited basis as it takes much more time to craft each instrument. The sound quality of this instrument is extremely resonant, full, powerful, and has clarity and evenness throughout the full tonal range.

For those looking for a violin capable of filling a concert hall playing solo or leading a section this instrument will have the volume and tonal complexity to suit those needs. These violins also receive an in depth setup by our in-house luthiers featuring an Aubert Deluxe Bridge and are tonally adjusted with feedback from professional players.

These violins feature Bosnian maple and spruce from the Carpathian Mountain region in Romania. They use premium graded tonewood selected for its low specific gravity and desirable strength to weight ratio. They are aged a minimum of 20 years before the maker begins to carefully shape and graduate the plates. The precision in the graduations, bass bar placement, purfling, and varnish show that these were made by a very experienced master maker. The result is a professional level instrument at a reasonable cost for a bench made instrument.
