This 15″ Raul Emiliani Viola comes to us on consignment. This is an Eastman instrument at the top of its line of violas. I has a wonderfully flamed two piece maple back, and very nice spruce top. The finish work and antiquing is really well done and makes for a really beautiful looking viola. The sound is rich and deep and has extra warmth with its Obligato strings. This viola would suit a very advanced player who wants a big sound out of a smaller viola.
