This 2020 Friedman Cali features a splendid 4A Figured Walnut top and a gorgeous roasted flamed Maple neck. It has a fat bass response, snarling midrange, and sizzling high-end. The flatter radius is what really makes this guitar fit for speed and it’s easier to play a thousand notes a second if you only have to worry about one volume knob and one three-way switch.

Body: Basswood with a 4A figured Walnut top, satin nitrocellulose finish, creme binding.

Neck: Roasted Flame Maple with a Maple fingerboard, 25.5 scale length, 1.625 nut width, 14 radius, bullseye dot inlays, 22 frets.

Pickups/Hardware: Two Zebra Classic humbuckers, 22 57110 Stainless Steel Frets, Gotoh 510 Tremolo, master volume/3-way pickup selector, vintage style tuning keys, 57110 stainless steel frets.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has very light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has very light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
