Summary: This Dean Edge Pro 5 String bass is loaded with two powerful EMG Soapbar pickups, constructed with ceramic bar magnets to deliver a warm, smooth attack with an incredibly big midrange response. The pickups feature a humbucking design, ensuring players receive a low noise operation with plenty of output. The active circuitry of the Dean 3D preamp allows the bass to produce a higher output tone, as well as offering a powerful 3-band active EQ to tweak and fine tune the bass tone. Featuring low, middle, and high frequency controls, the Dean Edge can produce a range of studio ready tones for a variety of genres and playing styles.

Body: Flame top wood, Basswood in Trans Black finish.

Neck: Maple and Walnut with a Rosewood fingerboard, 34 scale length, 1.5 nut width, 24 frets, inlays.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck has some scratches near the 12th fret that doesnt affect playablity, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
